Morzine - the town

 Morzine is to be found between Les Gets and Avoriaz in the Portes du Soleil, a huge ski and snowboard area spanning the French/Swiss border. Nearest airport is Geneva, less than an hour and a half away (usually!). Cars can be rented at the airport, private transfers are available and there is a direct public bus service in the ski season.
